About Amber Johnston
Hi, I’m Amber.
I believe healing happens through safe, authentic connection — when people feel truly seen, heard, and valued without judgment.
My path toward counseling was shaped by a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate pain, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater emotional security and wholeness. I am especially drawn to supporting those experiencing relational wounds, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection within themselves or their relationships.
My work is deeply rooted in the belief that meaningful change occurs within relationships characterized by safety, trust, authenticity, and compassion.
Outside the counseling room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four boys, hiking in the Colorado mountains, baking sourdough, and finding beauty in quiet, restorative moments of life.
Wherever you may be in your journey, my hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported, known, and empowered toward lasting growth and secure connection.
